How we collect, use and protect your personal data (GDPR).
Data controller
FastCash Auto, reachable via the form on the Contact page or at rgpd@camper-cash.com, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.
Data collected
When you fill in a form (valuation or contact), we collect: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal code, and the information about your motorhome (brand, model, type, year, mileage, estimate). Your IP address and the timestamp of the submission are also recorded for security reasons.
Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to: (1) contact you about your request, (2) make you a buyback offer, (3) ensure site security (spam prevention).
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (checkbox in the form) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. If you send us photos via WhatsApp, they are processed by WhatsApp/Meta according to their own rules; FastCash Auto only receives them if you share them in our WhatsApp conversation, and they are kept for the same period (24 months after the last contact).
Recipients
Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to FastCash Auto and our technical subcontractor (lead server host).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at rgpd@camper-cash.com or via the form on the Contact page. We undertake to respond to your request within one month of receipt (Art. 12.3 GDPR). In the case of a complex request, this period may be extended by two months; you will be informed.
Complaint
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
