Terms applicable to the relationship between FastCash Auto and the seller of the motorhome.
Object
These general terms govern the relationship between FastCash Auto and any person wishing to sell their motorhome via our online valuation service.
Valuation service
FastCash Auto offers a free and no-obligation valuation of the motorhome. The online valuation is indicative and does not constitute a firm offer. The final offer is made after physical inspection of the vehicle.
Sale process
Following your request, FastCash Auto contacts you within 24 working hours. After agreement on the price, an appointment is set for inspection and payment. Payment is made in cash (within the legal limit), by instant bank transfer or by bank cheque.
Seller's obligations
The seller guarantees that they are the legitimate owner of the motorhome, that it is not pledged, stolen or subject to a dispute. The seller provides the necessary documents: registration certificate, certificate of conformity, service book, latest technical inspection where applicable, keys.
Cancellation
As long as the transaction is not finalised (signing of the transfer certificate and payment), either party may withdraw without penalty.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the signing of the sales contract, unless the transaction is concluded entirely at FastCash Auto's place of business.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of the Brussels district have sole jurisdiction, Belgian law being applicable.
